DESCRIPTION:With the increase in the cost of living many of our families are struggling to make ends meet. Families are finding it particularly hard to put food on the table and provide basic necessities. The Pi Upsilon Lambda Charitable Foundation and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.\, Pi Upsilon Lambda Chapter\, have been helping families in Prince George’s County to fill the gap for the past 30 years providing tutoring\, mentoring\, food\, clothes\, coats\, and other winter accessories. We have provided over 500 NEW COATS for PreK-12 students attending Prince George’s County Public Schools in just the past four (4) years alone. \nWe are asking you to join us\, along with our friends and corporate partners\, to provide coats and winter accessories for students in need this year. In the past\, we have received donations from individuals\, as well as sponsorship to assist with securing the coats. To support as many students as possible and make efficient use of all donations\, we will be placing orders throughout the holiday season.
